How do I book a court?

Members can book courts through our online booking system or by calling our front desk. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially for peak hours (evenings and weekends). Courts can be booked for 1-hour slots.

What gear do I need to get started?

For beginners, you'll need a badminton racket, non-marking sports shoes with good grip, comfortable athletic clothing, and shuttlecocks. Our pro shop stocks all necessary equipment, and we also offer rental rackets for first-time visitors.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes, members can freeze their membership for up to 30 days per year due to illness, travel, or other circumstances. Please notify us at least 7 days in advance to process a membership freeze.

Are private lessons available?

Absolutely! We offer one-on-one private coaching sessions with our experienced coaches. Sessions are 1 hour long and can be scheduled based on coach availability. Check our Coaches page to select your preferred instructor.

What are your operating hours?

We're open Monday to Sunday from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Annual members have 24/7 access with their membership card. Group coaching sessions are typically scheduled between 6:00-9:00 AM and 5:00-9:00 PM.

Do you offer trial sessions for non-members?

Yes! We encourage potential members to experience CSA firsthand. You can book a complimentary trial session which includes court access and a group coaching session. Contact us to schedule your trial.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we have ample parking space for members and visitors. Parking is complimentary for all members. The parking area is well-lit and secure with CCTV monitoring.

What is your cancellation policy?

Court bookings can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Private coaching sessions require 24-hour notice for cancellation. Program enrollments are non-refundable but can be transferred to another family member.

Do you have changing rooms and showers?

Yes, we have separate changing rooms for men and women, complete with lockers, showers, and basic amenities. Towels are provided for annual members, and locker rentals are available.

How can I participate in tournaments?

We organize regular tournaments for different skill levels. Tournament announcements are posted on our Events page and sent to members via email. Registration is typically done online through our website or at the front desk.
